The shape of the body looks great - very birdlike and sleek, with an adequately poofy silhouette. I always imagined that Velociraptor's profile would look fairly similar to that of a roadrunner, which is how yours is looking too!
I do have one critique if you plan on finishing this. Most of the hand would not be visible - the primary feathers of the hand attached to the second finger, which would obscure the second finger and most of the third. This is one of my favorite examples of how deinoychosaur hands would look: [link] That's an Archaeopteryx, but the hand/feather morphology would be almost exactly the same. Here's one that shows more specifically where the primaries would go from the underside: [link] (bird on top, Archae on bottom). And Kyoht's image is also a really good guideline for feather attachment on dromae hands. [link]
Ah, thank you so much!!! Those help immensely. I've been stuck on those hands for a while now, redrawn it a few times as well. I really appreciate it, thank you!
And he is inspired by a roadrunner. XD The way they move is exactly how I imagine dromaeosaurs moved.
